This product is widely used in various high-temperature coating films, such as ceramic films, crystal films, battery material films, and special nano-films; it can adapt to the future development of film-forming science and technology under high temperature conditions.
Main features of small film coater:
1. Drying system with strong wind heating and digital display temperature control, the maximum working temperature is 200C;
2. The coating film speed is adjustable in the range of 0~100mm/sec, and has digital display;
3. Vacuum aluminum plate, can quickly place or remove the substrate;
4. The stroke can be adjusted by the travel switch between 10~250mm;
5. With a doctor blade that adjusts the thickness of the coating film (accuracy 0.02mm) width 0-150mm;
