Product Details

This product is a box-type furnace with a hydrogen atmosphere at 1200°C. The furnace chamber is a closed design, which can be vacuumed and filled with hydrogen and other gases. The furnace is a double-layer stainless steel structure, which guarantees vacuum and safety to the utmost extent, ensures that the positive pressure can reach 0.06MP, and the vacuum can reach -0.09MPa; the overall water cooling is cooled, and the shell temperature does not exceed 50℃ during heating to ensure safe operation. Built-in H2 combustion control system, that is, when the controller does not detect the flame in the burner, the gas delivery valve will automatically close. The furnace uses five-sided heating, and the temperature distribution in the furnace is the most even.

This box furnace contains a temperature controller, which can realize proportional integral differential control and automatic adjustment functions. The temperature control accuracy is ±1℃, and it has built-in over-temperature alarm and thermocouple failure alarm.
