Large tape casting coater uses a vacuum chuck and an oil-free vacuum pump to adsorb the fixed substrate, so that the substrate is free from wrinkles during the coating process, thereby making the coating more uniform and smooth, and preventing the contamination of the substrate by the oil in the vacuum pump.The width of the film during the working process of the Heated vacuum doctor-blade film coater can be controlled according to the width of the film forming blade. The baffle in the middle of the blade can be moved left and right. When the baffle and the side of the blade completely overlap, the film width reaches the limit.It is specially designed for coating various electrodes of cylindrical cell such as the 21700 format.
